Maggie Barnard is the CEO and co-founder of Barnard Financial. A native of Lisbon Falls, Maine, Maggie grew up surrounded by self-employed and spirited, independent businesspeople. After attending university and receiving her BA in Philosophy, she married Jeremy and spent several years working part-time and raising their five children. In 2015, she and Jeremy founded Barnard Financial which is a full-service, independent, financial advisory firm with a specific focus on education, partnership, and peace of mind.
Maggie believes strongly in the unique and beautiful identity of each person and that a company finds its strength first in the identity of its leadership and employees. She works to create a culture of creativity, positivity, and encouragement where every person can thrive and succeed. She also values the arts, community groups, and social connection and is a volunteer on several boards of directors, and is involved in various business groups throughout the Lisbon/Brunswick/Lewiston area.
When she is not in the office researching, writing, or chatting with her team, you can probably find Maggie singing with friends, performing on stage at Lyric Music Theater, or snuggling up with one of her kids.
Keena Tracy moved to Lisbon Falls in 2003. She earned a BS in Botany and Environmental Science at Miami University, Oxford Ohio 1998. Past experience includes youth environmental education, plant mapping and field work for the Nature Conservancy. Her farming passion began in 2000. After working on a couple of farms, she started Little Ridge Farm in 2007. With the help of the community, fields were plowed a barn was built and a Community Supported Agriculture was formed. In Maine she has served on several community boards including UMaine extension, Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association, Farm Service Agency, Literacy Volunteers. *For the Lisbon Community she has been a part of the 2004 Downtown initiative grant and the current Main St entrepreneurial grant.* She loves walking the river trail and frequenting Lisbon businesses for food, drink, massage and supplies. She is a proud member of Lisbon and looks forward to the positive growth of the town and its residents.
Maggie Oliver founded Eastcraeft Boutique & Bazaar on Main Street in Lisbon Falls in 2014. Since opening, Maggie has had a passion for connecting with other local businesses in the area in an effort to emphasize community over competition. Her business has seen over a million in sales, hosted hundreds of events, and shipped to nearly every U.S state.
When she's not behind the counter at Eastcraeft you can find her hanging out with her bulldog, Brenda or grabbing a drink at Frank's with her fiancé, Norman. She is looking forward to connecting with new and existing Lisbon businesses as a part of the Moxie Commerce team.
Traci Austin grew up in Lisbon and is a proud graduate of Lisbon High School. Traci then went on to receive her BA in Art from the University of Southern Maine System. Along with her husband Tony Austin, they purchased the “Moxie Building” in 2017 and with the assistance of family and friends transformed the vacant building into Frank’s Restaurant & Pub, a full-service restaurant, and Legendary Status, a full-service embroidery shop. Traci also serves on many committees within the town because she honestly believes in Lisbon’s community network and wants to be a part of visioning and solutions for the community she loves. When she is not working or at meetings, you can find her spending the downtime with her family. She looks forward to the growth of the business-to-business network of Moxie Commerce.
